Point gênant :
- Article 3, page 3 : vu avec lui, on ne lui fournira pas la liste avec noms, entités et entreprises des clients déjà abonnés. Il pourra avoir une liste des comptes clés, avec indication de ceux sur lesquels on est en chasse pur pour nous trouver des porte d'entrées. Pour les autres comptes, il vient nous voir avant, et on lui fera part de l'existant à partir de là.
- Article 4.2, page 4 : il parle du délai de rémunération à J+15 après émission de sa facture, le problème c'est que certains clients nous paient à J+XXX jours, il faudrait qu'on puisse modifier ce point pour le payer à J+15 après avoir reçu virement du client présenté. A voir avec lui.
Définition de "nouveaux clients" pour lui : nouvelle personne? nouvelle entité ? nouveau logo ?
- Doit-on préciser dans le contrat ce qu'on compte faire une fois être rentré chez un "nouveau client" ? Itérer dessus par nous-même comme des porcs par exemple. y a un vide dessus dans le contrat
