My name is Kurt and I am applying for a JNPL position at Bayswater that has been advertised through Facebook.
I hold a B license, my previous positions have been with Ellenbrook's NPL 16's where we achieved a top 4 finish with an almost entirely new squad, with almost all players graduating to play high level football the year after, with Inglewood United's 16/13 in corresponding years, with my 16's side graduating a number of players into the 18's side and with the 13's side winning the Bunbury cup that season and a number of players receiving state representation that season and beyond. .
In my work outside of club football I have worked with FootballWest through their SAP program, giving me opportunities to work in a number of high level/ professionalism environments such as, coaching the TSP girls side with a number of 13-15 girls playing in the 18's grade at Country week last October, working with the U/13 Country week boys side last August taking my own side for the duration, demonstrating throughout all positions the ability to adhere to FootballWest policies and procedures whilst still leading the sides to perform optimally.
