We have two mobile data plans for XM. Both the plans have unlimited texts and calling on them and the only difference is the data each plan contains.
By-The-Gig:-
We have three plans under the By-The-Gig option which are mentioned below:-
1. 1GB a month plan = $15 per month + taxes.
2. 3GBs a month plan = $30 per month + taxes.
3. 10GBs a month plan = $60 per month + taxes.
Important thing to keep in mind is that a customer can add upto 10 lines on one By-The-Gig Plan. If a customer takes 3GBs By-The-Gig plan. They would be charged $30 for the plan and they can have 1 line or 10 lines on their plans. They would just have to pay for the taxes for the number of lines they have and the base plan would remain the same. They would be sharing the same 3GBs of data in all of the lines on the account.
Unlimited Plans:-
We have three plans under unlimited data plan as well which are explained below:-
1. Unlimited Intro (20 GBs HSD) - $45 per month + taxes.
2. Unlimited Plus (30 GBs HSD) - $55 per month + taxes.
3. Unlimited Premium (50 GBs HSD) - $65 per month + taxes.
There is a thing of confusion for everyone which is if the plan is unlimited. Why do we have different prices for them?
The answer to this is the like Jio reduces data speed after your data limit. Xfinity also reduces the internet speed after they have consumed the data on their in one monthly cycle which is mentioned in the brackets 20GBs/30GBs/50GBs HSD.
1 Unlimited Intro line = $45 per month + taxes.
2 Unlimited Intro lines = $60 per month + taxes.
