step 2 : verkruimel de koekjes en verwarm de boter in een pannetje doe het bij elkaar en doe het in de bakvorm
zet vorm in de koelkast
step 3 : doe de vruchten in een pannetje en met een beetje water kook het tot prutje en haal door de zeef laat afkoelen
step 4 : pak een kom met water en doe er 3 gelatine blaadjes in wacht 5 minuten
step 5 :zet een pannetje met 3 eetlepels water op het vuur doe er de gelatine blaadjes er bij en wacht tot het opgelost is dit gaat snel
step 6 :doe de kwark in een kom en meng de gelatine en de aardbij door elkaar
klop de slagroom op en doe het erbij
step 7 :snij nog wat aarbijen in plakjes en zet ze rechtop tegen de rand zorg ervoor dat de kwark er niet tussen komt
step 8 : doe de kwark erin en zet de kwark taart minstend 3 uur in de koelkast
