Matrix Costume Glasses
Eyeglasses say a lot about the wearer and no pair of frames were more iconic than those that were worn by Neo, Trinity and Morpheus in the hit film trilogy The Matrix. Tom Davies, a British designer of spectacles, was commissioned by the directors to create new versions of the most famous glasses in cinema for The Matrix film. Matrix Costume developed and designed over 200 pairs of sunglasses for the film. Davies' designs have become associated with The Matrix characters and have contributed to his reputation being established as the most sought-after designer in Hollywood for glasses.


The semi-flat lens and narrow frames of these trendy glasses provide a contemporary approach to the classic eyewear design. These fashionable glasses are available in a wide range of colors, including black. Also available is an easy-to-wear case that has a neck chain and logo.


When Keanu Reeves made an appearance in the film's first movie, The Matrix, he was wearing the exact blue and black glasses that he was wearing when it was his role as the hero, Neo. These iconic shades are a must-have for any Matrix enthusiast, and are great gifts.


In the sequel, The Matrix Reloaded, Keanu Reeves donned a pair of various shades with more of a vintage look to the shades. They are a fantastic way to pay tribute to the hero who was always ready for combat.


The famous shades from the third movie in the series The Matrix Revolutions were a higher-end version than ones Reeves was wearing in The Matrix Reloaded. The frames are made of an alloy that is lighter and has the same classic lens color however, they have a smaller frame than the ones Reeves was wearing in the earlier film.



Yahya Abd-Mateen II played an alternate character to Laurence Fishburne's character from The Matrix War. His sunglasses were a darker brown shade and had wire frames that were bent at an extreme angle so that they could have the appearance like the famous glasses.
