What does the typical day look like? standup at 10, regular backlog refinement, review and retrosective, sometimes paired programming, code reviews, screen sharing
Python interface - used to drive the application, automation, internal testing
How do you find out what new tasks need to be done? Scrumbam (mix of scrum (organising work into sprints) and kanban (people pick up tasks whenever), regular team catchups, priotising tasks
Will I be given a laptop and if so Windows/Linux/Mac? yes - probably windows since alot of mac users on team already
do you have meetings everyday? scrums every morning to decide who works on what + backlog refinements to discuss upcoming work and predict
who regularly goes into office? anna, ian, ania wednesday and thursday + others rarely
what does a product manager do? talks to customers and decides what and why to do
how do you schedule who does what? knowledge + whatever they want + how long they take + whos free
have contact with other teams? some talk more than others based on their purpose + help each other
how many teams? 8 + some people mix between teams
