Kanye West's New Ye 24 Merchandise
After the massive success of his Adidas-branded Yeezy shoes, Kanye West became a popular figure in streetwear by launching his own line of clothes and accessories. In the aftermath, a number of online retailers removed the items from their websites, but they are still available to purchase through Google searches as well as through print-on-demand platforms.





Yeezy is also implicated in antisemitism incidents in the past and his apparent support of Hitler has led to his exile from Twitter. The new line of merchandise is yet another step in his apparent descent to the far-right world, and many critics have criticized the rapper for his decision mainstreaming antisemitic views.






In a video released Sunday on the paparazzi website X17 Online, the rap mogul is seen giving the outlet a tour of his warehouse where hundreds, perhaps thousands, of clothes from his previous collaborations with Adidas Balenciaga, Balenciaga, and Gap are being recycled to be branded with the Ye 24 logo for his 2020 presidential campaign. According to the X17 report the clothing repurposed will retail for $20 each.





A lot of fans are in support of repurposed items, however some fans are not happy about it. They have called for the rapper to cease selling the product. They argue that the rapper should not make money from his controversial views and it's essential to remain neutral.





Certain items bear symbols that resemble an swastika incorporated into a Star of David, which is a logo used by the Raelian UFO cult. It was the subject of a controversial tweet that led to Ye's debarment from Twitter in November of 2022. This latest move is offensive because the swastika embedded in the Star of David has been a powerful symbol used to represent Jewish identity and heritage for many centuries.





However, Yeezy has not yet addressed the controversy over the repurposed merchandise. It's unclear if the brand will continue to offer merchandise or replace it with a different image.
