Bullying entails the use of aggression or threats and force to impose power over other individuals. (Dosani, 2008) discussed that bullying is abuse to hurt that person physically and emotionally. Types of bullying can be Online or Offline like Cyber-bullying. Most of Gen Zs use social media platforms to do horrible things such as Bullying.

Gen Z (Generation Z) comprises people born between 1996 and 2010. (McKinsey and C, 2023). As we expected Gen Z using social media to make
them happy and to relieve their stress because of their parents issue, the connection of this issue is they bullying the innocent person like discriminating them through social media.

The Philippines has the highest number of students exposed to bullying in school (rappler, 2023) apart from cyberbullying we have traditional bullying where it is fought face-to-face, including Gen Z even though they have been bullied using social media they still don't stop.

Diana Divecha said when we parents offer our children out to the wider world, we hope that wonderful experiences and people await them. But that isn’t always the case, of course. We can be dismayed to find our children involved in bullying—either as the perpetrator or on the receiving end.
