deep clean everything out of the van starting with only base
put every thing from the van away or were you need it whilst someone else can start to either help or clean the van all down
work out stock and everything need storage wise
put in basics e.g water storage, fridge or freezer or both, cups and lids all put away
do another quick clean and then add in the other bits and bobs if more storage needed add it in before this stepturn int
before being able to sell anything write menu and sort out prices and drink stock when adding all the cups and ingreients
put out some fliers letting the people you want to know know
get all ready and oof you go
GOAL: turn food van into drink van within a short amount of time
get money back nd proffit to upgrade so that van can stay as drinks and we can get a bigger better one for food.
let people know keep everyone and everthing update on media and off media.
keep growing buisness from there .
