Minecraft Map Explores the World Of Nobel Peace Prize Nobel Peace Prize Laureates

A good Minecraft map can take you anywhere you'd like to go. Sometimes that's going to be to the world of Bikini Bottom thanks to the Spongebob Squarepants DLC, and sometimes that's going to be to the world of Breath of the Wild due to some mods. Today's map takes you on a voyage through the past instead.



Now, we know that not everyone is interested in history - it's kind of boring and there aren't nearly enough actual dragons to satisfy most of us - however, that doesn't mean it can't benefit from being something to be celebrated occasionally. This is what the Peace Builders map aims to accomplish, which is an interactive map that follows four Nobel Peace Prize Laureates in their journey to make the world a better place.



There's a lot of information to be learned in this article, even if all you do is watch the trailer. PERSIAN CAT RESCUE You may not be aware of tiny details such as the name of the award in honor of Alfred Nobel, the man who invented the explosive substance known as dynamite. The map features Jody Williams, who fought against mines; Desmond Tutu, who helped end apartheid in South Africa; and Carl Von Ossietzky who was instrumental in helping discover the terrible crimes of the Nazis.



It's not your typical Minecraft map, but it's a worthwhile investment in your time If you're interested in learning more about the history of people who did good in the world instead of only those who caused harm to it. It's also a good way to learn something new while playing an online game, which is usually what Minecraft: Education Edition is all about.
