This Zelda: Breath of the Wild Mod For Minecraft Absolutely Hyrules

The vast and lovely landscapes of Breath of the Wild are such a perfect match for Minecraft that someone even built the entire BOTW map in the past year, but it was just a base. Another modder pair have added in some crucial Zelda gameplay, including a fully functional Sheikah Slate and all its capabilities, a boomerang Sheikah towers and a lot more. You can give the creepers you don't like the sound of their explosive efforts a taste of your torture using Link's remote detonator bombs.



PCGamesN has spotted that the Breath Of The Wild datapack was developed in collaboration with modders Craiy and Joris. It's amazing.



The Bokoblin camps are very frequent in Minecraft and the more rare Sheikah Towers, which look like the massive spires Link climbs over Hyrule are the most obvious features you'll see in your Minecraft world. Fighting Bokoblins and nabbing their Boko Stick clubs is a good start, but your second task should be building ladders and climbing up to the top of a Sheikah tower. You'll then be able grab the Sheikah multitool for destruction and start making havoc.



You can pick up and move around metal blocks such as iron or copper with magnesis, and utilize both the round and square remote bombs to terrorize camp bokoblins, or make use of stasis to send goats off cliffs in the way they deserve, and make incredibly difficult parkour courses using cryonis.



It would be quite neat to build an underwater base that only allows entry through cryonis Icepillars. I did try to channel my inner Link by dropping iron blocks on top of bokoblins but they'll just slither through them and land on the ground instead of causing damage. Don't say I didn't try to smack them in the face.

The boomerang, hero's tunic and hero's tunic may be rare however they are worth searching for. Craiy will go over everything and more in the mod show video below.



The current version of the BOTW datapack is for Minecraft 1.19 with all the cool new features, however Craiy says that the pair is planning to make another version of the pack that has even more Zelda information.



The creator of the impressive Breath of the Wild map released last year decided not to release it for download. Instead, perhaps keep an eye on the map being developed by Grazzy and Joris, which is the one Craiy and Joris used to showcase their datapack. It's possible to not combine them since Grazzy is building Sheikah towers by himself and the BOTW datapack creates the towers.
