Scuttle, also known as Weasel or Catfoot, is the sidekick and right-hand man of Pete, the nemesis of Mickey Mouse. He has a strange accent that adds "p" to the beginning of most words, and prefers sleeping on narrow poles and eating pickled kumquats for lunch. He is a genius scientist but maladjusted to the contemporary world.
