What work do you do when you feel that time seems to zoom past?
When I'm deep into problem-solving or researching new developments in the crypto industry, time seems to fly. Whether it's resolving a challenging client issue or understanding a newly introduced regulation, I become so engrossed that hours can pass without me noticing.
What gets you excited and motivated at work?
Knowing that my efforts directly impact our clients and contribute to the success of our company is incredibly motivating. Also, the possibility of learning something new every day, given the dynamic nature of the crypto sector, keeps me excited. Lastly, the prospect of furthering my career, particularly my goal of moving into the Compliance department, is a powerful motivator for me at work.
