Organik Nar Ekşisi
Bulunduğu mevkii’nin adını alan Adabükü markasının hikayesi bundan tam 15 yıl önce başladı. Akdeniz ikliminin hakim olduğu Adabükü’nün verimli toprağı, on yıllardır ailemiz tarafından işletiliyor. Adabükü’de pamuk, mısır, buğday ve İslahiye’nin meşhur kırmızı biberi yine on yıllarca yetiştirildi.
Bundan tam 15 yıl önce Adabükü ve Nar ağacı tanıştı ve Adabükü Narı’nın hikayesi başladı. Yıllarca sofralık olarak yetiştirip piyasaya sunduğumuz kaliteli nar meyvelerini, bu kez bir kısmını ayırarak ilk adımı attık, kendi ailemiz için Adabükü Nar Ekşisini ürettik. Ürettiğimiz nar ekşisini sevdiklerimizle paylaştık. Aldığımız dönütler bizlerde heyecan yarattı. Yıllarca edindiğimiz tecrübe ile bu kez aynı lezzeti daha fazla kişiye ulaştırmak amacıyla yola çıktık. Adabükü Nar Ekşisi markası doğdu.
Şimdilerde ailenin yeni nesli, iyi tarım geleneğini modern üretim teknikleri ile birleştirerek bu yüksek kaliteli nardan elde edilen Adabükü Nar Ekşisi’ni doğal, geleneksel, halis lezzetler arayanlara ulaştırmak için çalışıyor.
