You can build an Brewing Stand by using one Blaze Rod and three pieces of Cobblestone. The Blaze Rod should be placed in the middle to provide fuel and the Cobblestone should be placed on the bottom row. Blaze Rods are available by killing Blazes in Nether Fortresses. It's worthwhile to try to collect as many as you can.
