DEBATE SCRIPT:
SAAD: (INTRODUCTION)
Good morning my dear fellow mates this is our team TeraVita fighting for the support of students and teachers that students of upper primary in NMS should be able to use social media for any purpose even in school. Our team have 4 reporters for today, Maitrayee, Lamiah, Divyesh and me Saad. We will be telling how and why our students of NMS should be able to use social media.

MAITRAYEE: There are various different ways that students can use social media even for school purposes. Firstly, students have many different hobbies and passions that they would like to know more about. You may think how can social media help students in finding more information about their hobbies and passions. Well social media has many people live, who have such wonderful talents. If any student wants to learn about their hobbies or passion, they can search on any app about their interests, they can even search live tutorials about anything. Well, that's all you are going to hear from me let's move on to our next reporter.

DIVYESH: Another reason social media can be useful in school for students is, students can extend their learning by seeing others shares on social media websites. they can also share their thoughts and ideas and post them on social media. students can get responses whether people like their designs and ideas or not. Social media helps people get new ideas and try new things for example crafts, jewellery designing, knitting clothes and much more. This is how social media can extend peoples thoughts and shares or even make them want to try something new. let go to our next reporter.

LAMIAH: During pandemic's people were not able to go out to be safe from the viruses. Especially students at the age around 8-12. Social media was one of the sources that gave the most entertainment to people of all ages. it introduced them to new ideas which helped entertain people while they were not able to go out. It made them try many new things even things that they might had never known about it also extended their learning.

LAMIAH: This is how our team TerraVita thinks students of upper primary should be able to use social media as it helps extend students learning, makes them try new things and ideas of others, it also encourages students with their work, it even was the best source of entertainment in pandemics.
