According to the available evidence, pupils' academic performance is impacted by their language proficiency. These results show that low language proficiency prevents students from being able to express themselves verbally, comprehend and analyze complex texts, perform well in language-related courses, participate in class discussions and group activities, and feel confident about pursuing further education or career opportunities. To address and improve language skills among students, the following recommendations can be made:

Language Enrichment Activities and Programs: Organizing language-enrichment activities and programs outside of regular class times can be helpful. Students' language skills and communication skills can be developed through these programs. It could include language classes, speaking groups, writing contests, or extracurricular activities with a language component.


Interactive and Engaging Teaching Techniques: Teachers can use interactive and engaging teaching techniques when teaching areas connected to language. This can include interactive activities, conversations, team projects, multimedia materials, and practical language use. These strategies can increase students' motivation and involvement, which will improve their language skills.


Supportive Learning Environment: Establishing a positive and encouraging learning environment is essential for the improvement of language skills. Teachers can create a welcoming environment in the classroom that enables students to express themselves without worrying about being judged. Students can enhance their language abilities by receiving helpful criticism and being given chances to practice and get better.
