The merchandise of Bad Religion
Formed in 1977 in Los Angeles California, Bad Religion are often described as the ancestors of contemporary pop punk and hardcore punk. Since their formation, they have released three decades of music they've released several albums and have produced numerous merchandise and T-shirts. The band can be found in a selection of styles that include thrash punk, melodic hardcore and skate punk. badreligionmerch are late 1970s punk bands like the Ramones as well as the Germs, as well as the Sex Pistols and 1980s American hardcore bands such as Black Flag and Minor Threat but they also draw their influences from modern-day bands such as Elvis Costello and the Jam.



The band's most successful album was Against the Grain in 1990 that introduced the band to mainstream audiences. The group's debut single "21st Century (Digital Boy)," was the top-rated hit on Billboard Hot Modern Rock Tracks and is regarded as one of the top songs of all time. The album was able to sell over 100,000 copies that was a substantial number at the time.


Bobby Schayer replaced Pete Finestone The band's Pete Finestone quit in 1991 to pursue his own band The Fishermen. Bad Religion entered the Westbeach Recorders studio to start recording the material for their sixth album, Generator. The band performed a majority of their songs live during recording sessions. This was the first time they had done this. Brett Gurewitz was the guitarist of the band at the period, and he played around with a brand new logo, later known as the Crossbuster. The name is a reference to the anti-tank weapons used by the United States Navy, and it's been utilized on many of the band's merchandise items.


In spite of the religious connotations of the logo and name of the band The band Bad Religion members Bad Religion do not consider themselves antitheist. Lead musician Greg Graffin has stated that the band prefers using religion as a metaphor for anything that restricts an individual's freedom to think or act how they would like. He describes himself as an atheist, rather than a naturalist.
