We as travel agents do not select baggage and seats on the flight reservation. As these are considered miscellaneous charges / unguaranteed selections, which can be only charged/selected from your end or by the airline. Hence, I request you to please contact the airline to add them to the booking. You can also choose the seats and baggage on the airline’s website.
There might be some glitch on the website any deducted charges would be refunded within 24-48 hours
Make sure you are patiently waiting for 72 hours for any request because the next agent will also put a request again and the request which I have raised will be nullified and this whole process will start all over again and you will have to wait for 72 hours again.
As I can see the ticket is nonrefundable however there are credits available that are valid for 1 year from the original ticket issuance date, the credits can be used for the same passenger, Credits cannot be transferred, it can be used for the same airline only, and the origin country also should be same.
