Morris Costumes began in 1967 after a man became tired of the cost of renting bear and gorilla costumes available at the time to the show-business industry. He and his wife began to create their own realistic ape suits, advertising them in magazines that focused on show business. They sold millions of costumes before their publication was discontinued in the year 2005.


The adult gorilla costume comes with the body suit, mask, along with feet and hands. The furry jumpsuit fastens at the back. It is tied at the neck. The chest piece has been molded to resemble an athletic torso. The mask molded from vinyl sits comfortably on top of the head, and the glove and shoe covers are made from soft fur. The whole outfit is eye-catching.
