CHANGES =
As a third-party travel, we are not authorized to make any changes to the car rental. For any changes in car rental, we will need to contact the vendor directly.
PAYMENT OPTION =
You will need to make the payment using a credit card for a car rental booking.
And at the time of pick-up, the car rental vendor requires a credit card under the driver's name in order to hold a security deposit amount on the card. The name on the credit card should be the same as the driver's name.
The credit card that is used to pre-pay the reservation must be presented at the counter and the card name must match the driver`s license. A debit card is not acceptable for a car rental booking.
When you get to the counter, the car vendor will take an additional deposit starting at a minimum of $300.00 on your card.
To find out the exact amount of the deposit that will be taken at the counter, you will need to contact the reservation center directly. So, a debit card is not available as a payment option for a car rental booking.
SECOND DRIVER & GPS =
As I have checked the details with Enterprise Car Rental regarding your concern, the representative checked and informed me that they cannot assure that the GPS feature will be included in the vehicle or not because they have multiple vehicles which include this feature.
So, it totally depends on the vehicle you will get at the pick-up location. Unfortunately, they cannot
