To reach my career goals, I'm working on the following SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) areas:

Regulatory Knowledge Enhancement: My goal is to thoroughly understand the regulations and compliance requirements in the crypto industry. I plan to dedicate a specific number of hours each week to self-study, focusing on current legal guidelines, industry reports, and regulatory updates to ensure consistent growth in my regulatory knowledge.

Process Improvement: Over the next six months, I aim to identify and implement at least one significant process improvement in our current support operations. This specific and measurable goal will not only improve our team efficiency but also demonstrate my proactive problem-solving skills, contributing to my readiness for a Senior Agent role.

Performance Excellence: My primary goal for the next year is to either transition into the Compliance department, move up to a Trainer role, or qualify for a promotion to Senior Agent (Tier B). I plan to achieve this by consistently exceeding my performance targets, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills, and showcasing a comprehensive understanding of our operations and the regulatory environment in the crypto industry.

These SMART objectives are all aligned with my career aspirations, and working towards them will pave the way for my desired career progression within our company.
