Just like the qualities of an ideal little bit of glass, the story of your brand needs to showcase you and your business while allowing your visitors to glimpse a version of themselves within it.

Meaning. This might seem obvious, but many entrepreneurs are so high on their story (ego) they forget that the goal of business would be to Serve. Other. People.
