วัดเจดีย์หอย วัดแถวปทุมธานี สร้างขึ้นโดยท่านพระครูสุนทร คุณธาดา หรือหลวงพ่อทองกลึง สุนทโร หลังจากที่ท่านได้ธุดงค์ที่ประเทศเมียนมา ท่านได้เกิดนิมิตเห็นว่าสถานที่ตั้งของวัดเจดีย์หอย
วันนี้กระปุกดอทคอมจะพาเพื่อน ๆ ไปเที่ยววัดร่องขุ่น พร้อมกับบอกเล่าความเป็นมาให้รู้กัน ^^
วัดในปทุมธานี วัดดอนใหญ่ เป็นวัดที่มีความสวยงามสุด ๆ และที่เป็นไฮไลท์ คือ อุโบสถสีเงิน มีความโดดเด่นสวยสง่ามาก ๆ ค่ะ ที่เที่ยวปทุมธานี สามโคก อุโบสถหลังนี้มีทั้งสีขาวและสีเงิน สีที่แสดงถึงควาบริสุทธิ์
ในปัจจุบันท่านเลยตัดสินใจเดินทางตามนิมิตจนพบและสร้างพื้นดินตรงนี้ให้กลายเป็นวัดขึ้นมา วัดสวยใกล้กรุงเทพ ส่วนภายในวัดนั้นยังมีพิพิธภัณฑ์ที่รวบรวมพระพุทธรูป ศิลปวัตถุ โบราณวัตถุ ข้าวของเครื่องใช้เก่า ๆ

วัดโสธรวรารามวรวิหาร หรือที่เราเรียกกันย่อๆ ว่า วัดหลวงพ่อโสธร เป็นหนึ่งในวัดที่มีความเก่าแก่อยู่คู่บ้านคู่เมืองมานาน สันนิษฐานว่าสร้างมาตั้งแต่สมัยกรุงศรีอยุธยาตอนปลายเลยทีเดียวค่ะ

ส่วนกลีบบัวที่อยู่รอบอุโบสถนั้น ก็จะเป็นสีทองอร่ามเด่นชัดแต่ไกล เลยเป็นที่มาของชื่อ อุโบสถเงินในปทุมทอง ที่หลาย ๆ คนต่างรู้จักกัน
