Sadly, todays' case is about the death of a loved one in someone's family. A victim of a reckless 24 your old seeking out revenge without a care of who gets hurt in the process.

If I had to Describe Ms. Jackon. I'd say immature and petty.
She sought out her ex-boss demise after she was fired. like any normal person of course you'd be upset if you fired, correct? Ms. Jacksons' anger was so great it led her to plan the demise of her ex-employer. Sadly, Her plan caused more damage than just an upset ex-boss. Her plan killed someone and not just anyone she killed a father, a grandfather, and someone's husband.

Jackson may deny to the death of Mrs. Scully, Though she agrees to the fact that she hacked and withheld documentations of the hospital threating if they didn't pay her ransom note the hospital wouldn't get their filed back.


Members of the jury could you believe that Ms. Jackson once worked for the Texoma Hospital? Infact, she helped create their paperless system and you might be wondering what a paperless system is. A paperless system means everything is online there is no more on paper documents and MS. Jackson knew this. It's Ironic that she was once even concerned that someone would hack the system and look at her now.

Charged with manslaughter and not a care in the world, she ruined jobs, a family, and even her own future with her reckless actions. Members of the jury I humbly ask, don't let someone who doesn't take accountability over their own actions who ruins innocent people's lives over a petty dispute, though if she is let free imagine what else she could do if something doesn't go her way for all we know, and God forbid you or your loved one could be next.
