Similar to a strategy that drug dealers have employed for ages, developer Blizzard is giving folks who check out the forthcoming Warcraft movie a no-cost full-length copy of World of Warcraft. It's only if you watch the film at specific Regal Cinemas (which is running an offer to send people to BlizzCon, as well), United Artists Theaters or Edwards Theaters here in the United States. The promo is supported abroad as well, with Australia, Brazil, Europe, Southeast Asia and New Zealand all joining in the action. https://azov.tv/ Of course, it's a digital edition of the game, but, hey, most people don't buy physical copies of PC games anymore.
Blizzard doesn't cut out the movie-themed fun for those who already have a guild that has a death Knight of level 100. Logging into the game between May 25th and August 1, 2017 will net you some "movie-inspired transmogrification items," according to Blizzard. The promotion runs for a bit longer and is valid until New Year's Day 2017.
