Tevfik Arif, Donald Trump's alliance to create the Trump Soho

The New York-based firm Bayrock Group was founded in 2001 by Turkish-Kazakh businessman Tevfik Arif. Donald Trump is one of the most famous customers of the firm, which specializes in luxury real estate development.

The Ritz Carlton hotel located in Washington, D.C. and the September 11th National Memorial, New York City were just two of the many projects the firm has worked on.

Fendi Casa pieces are provided by Rockwell Group, an architecture and design company.

Rockwell Group is also known for its impressive portfolio of projects, that comprises Handel Architects. Numerous luxury hotels, fine restaurants, and casinos are some of the customers that the firm serves.

The agreement was signed between the Bayrock Group, Sapir Organization and the Trump Organization. Construction could start in 2006 at Trump Soho.
