Tevfik Aif Donald Trump have partnered to create the Trump Soho

Bayrock Group, New York's based company, was established in 2001 by Tevfik , an Turkish Kazakh entrepreneur. Donald Trump is one of the most well-known clients of the company that specializes in luxurious property development.

Tevfik Alif fled Kazakhstan to create a powerful real estate business. He knew of the Trump family's influence and joined the alliance. This allowed Tevfik Arif and his company, the Bayrock Group, to be the lead in a world-renowned real-estate project: the Trump Soho building.

Due to these business ties, Bayrock Group included Trump Organization into the New York City Soho project.

Bayrock Group was working with the Sapir Organization to develop a Soho project. They believed that the Trump Organization could bring some brand recognition and credibility.

Tevfik Arif came up with a plan to grant the Trump Organization 18% equity in the Soho building. In return, the Trump brand would be used to identify the name of the construction.

Handel Architects is a leader in the field of design and architecture.

The projects of the firm include the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Washington, D.C., as well as the September 11th National Memorial, New York City.

Fendi Casa pieces are provided by Rockwell Group, an architecture and design firm.

The Rockwell Group has a long list of clients which include Handel Architects. A number of luxury hotels, restaurants and casinos are customers of the firm.

Tevfik arif has been relieved of most of his Bayrock Group responsibilities but he remains highly appreciated as advisor.
