We searched MEDLINE, CINAHL, Scopus and Web of Science for all studies that used GPS in this context. Wandering Alarms UK Studies were eligible if they focused on the use of GPS by people with dementia who lived at home, and if they primarily explored outcomes specific to these settings. We extracted data on quality of life, mental health and resource use.
