H&M Consider Charity Too
Did you understand that the Swedish clothing brand, H&M, recently signed on to a massive contract to promote the efforts of the style against AIDS cause? Indeed, it's been announced that the brand will undertake an enormous campaign to target the age group most vulnerable to contracting AIDS, which happens to be between 15 and 24.

The reason why this type of person most at risk is simple - there exists a lack of understanding concerning the risks of AIDS, and schools still fail to educate students on the risks and dangers of unprotected sex. However, putting this aside, I believe it is beneficial to have a closer look at H&M's efforts of this type, to see precisely how charitable they are really.

By partnering with Designers Against AIDS - another similar group to promote the risks and dangers of the condition - people are able to purchase clothes made by actual superstars themselves. Just take check here at this set of musicians and actors, who've each agreed to design a tank top, hooded sweater, or t-shirt from the beautiful "organic cotton" material that has been so exclusively popular at the H&M company.

These celebrities include: Rihanna, Chicks on Speed, Good Charlotte, Henrik Vibskov, Jade Jagger, Justice, Katharine Hamnett, My Chemical Romance, Rufus Wainwright, Scissor Sisters, The Cardigans, Tiga, Timbaland and Ziggy Marley. If that's not star studded enough for you, then I have no idea what is! Of course, this will be a great opportunity to see just how naturally fashionable these celebrities are - since it will be their own individual styles which are reflected in the H&M fashion products, at the end of the day.

Given the initial reaction to this project, it looks like H&M are on the right track with their efforts. The initial release of the celebrity garments were sold out within a day if they were first released in Barcelona - clearly a tribute to your time and effort, time, and resources which have been put in to raising awareness for the cause. So how can you participate? Well, It is suggested that you keep an eye out for another release of celebrity product, and head straight down to the H&M store once you get word that they are available. You never know - you might just make it with time to grab yourself a bargain!
