A Wonderous Lineage

The Man of God, Reverend Chris Oyakhilome (The Man of God), is the spiritual father to millions of his followers. Christ Embassy has an extensive Christian family who share messages of love and hope. As all supportive families they are close in many ways. There are 140 Christ Embassy branches located on five continents. The most beautiful parents

His father, Elder T.E Oyakhilome (Assemblies of God Church, Benin City) was one of the pioneers. His son, Pastor Chris, was truly inspired by him. Growing up in a Christian home is an incredible blessing.

We can appreciate the pride his father must have felt as he watched his son's firstborn spreading the Gospel message that Jesus Christ is our Savior. His father's legacy must have had a profound influence on the young Chris Oyakhilome. The first time he walked in the crusade was when he was just nine years old.

Chris Oyakhilome abides by the law of respecting your parents. Pastor Chris has served his father with the zeal of an authentic Christian, from leading prayers at school to preaching to millions of people.

Pastor Chris paid tribute to Angelina his mother by hosting a Benin celebration.

She is frequently referred to as the "quintessential maternal figure", and is loved for her fairness. She is a grandmother, mother and mother-in-law who instilled her divine grace into her son.

Super Siblings

Angelina and Tim Oyakhilome had two additional children. Reverend Ken is Pastor Chris’s brother. As the most revered pastor of the Christ Embassy's Houston Texas branch He has provided a lot of wisdom to many and made an enormous impact on their lives. He is also an executive council member for Christ Embassy Central.

Katty Worghiren who is the sibling of Pastor Chris, is the director of the LoveWorld Music & Arts Ministry. She began her career as an outstanding member of the choir. Her songwriting abilities have earned her the status of one of the most loved LoveWorld singers. She also wrote the anthem "I Believe in Nigeria".

Katty composes the final and most touching paragraphs of the Believers LoveWorld Anthem. She includes the following message to emphasize the importance of the Christian family.

"Believer's LoveWorld we are one big family

Many of the people who are members of Christ Embassy know, for Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, this is a family that is personal and a global family. It's truly inspiring to see his family fully immersed in the ministry of the gospel teachings. As 1 Timothy 5: 1-2 recounts:

Treat men younger than you way you treat your brother and older women as you would treat your mother. Treat younger women in the same manner you show your sister. "

Two Outstanding Daughters

Pastor Chris got married to Anita, and they had two gorgeous daughters. While Chris and Anita his ex-wife, have decided to end their marriages, they still have a deep love for their beautiful daughters Carissa Sharon, Charlene, and Charlene. They both live in London.

Pastor Chris’s daughter Sharon is a rising gospel celebrity. Pastor Chris Inspired by her father's lessons, she wrote the award-winning "Holy Spirit" song to testify to her profound Christian faith. She is also an inspirational leader of the Global Youth Leaders Forum.

Phillip Frimpong and her recent wedding were among the most stunning weddings in Africa. In a poignant Instagram blog post, she shared her love.

The wedding was both meaningful and beautiful. Charlene was her chief bridesmaid. It's impossible not to feel touched by the unconditional love of Pastor Chris Oyakhilome and his family.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome’s Nephew Daysman Oyakhilome Woghiren has emerged as one of Africa's most influential figures. His talents are being used to inspire young people to hear the Word of God. He is a businessman and CEO at Carel Films Enterprise. When he was just 20 years old, he had won three times the American Academy of Animations Award. He also was the winner of the prestigious Walt Disney Award and nominee for the Future African Leaders Award FALA). The real genius of him lies shining through the genius of the others.

The teachings of Jesus Christ are an integral part the lives and accomplishments of the Oyakhilome family. It is clear that they are deeply involved in God's work. The family members as per the Man of God, know:
