H&M Consider Charity Too
Did you understand that the Swedish clothing brand, H&M, recently signed to a massive contract to promote the efforts of the Fashion against AIDS cause? Indeed, it has been announced that the brand will undertake a massive campaign to target the age group most at risk of contracting AIDS, which happens to be between 15 and 24.

The reason why these people are most at risk is easy - there exists a lack of understanding concerning the risks of AIDS, and schools still neglect to educate students on the risks and dangers of unprotected sex. However, putting this aside, I think it is good for have a closer look at H&M's efforts of this type, to see precisely how charitable they really are.

By partnering with Designers Against AIDS - another similar group to promote the risks and dangers of the condition - people are in a position to purchase clothes made by actual superstars themselves. Just take a look at this list of musicians and actors, who have each agreed to design a tank top, hooded sweater, or t-shirt from the beautiful "organic cotton" material that has become so exclusively popular at the H&M company.

These famous people include: Rihanna, Chicks on Speed, Good Charlotte, Henrik Vibskov, Jade Jagger, Justice, Katharine Hamnett, My Chemical Romance, Rufus Wainwright, Scissor Sisters, The Cardigans, Tiga, Timbaland and Ziggy Marley. If that isn't star studded enough for you, then I don't know what is! Needless to say, this will be a great opportunity to see just how naturally fashionable these celebrities are - because it will be their own individual styles which are reflected in the H&M fashion products, at the end of the day.

Given the initial response to this project, it seems like H&M are on the right track with their efforts. check here of the celebrity garments were sold out within a day if they were first released in Barcelona - clearly a tribute to your time and effort, time, and resources which were put in to raising awareness for the cause. So how is it possible to participate? Well, It is suggested that you keep an eye out for another release of celebrity product, and then head along to the H&M store as soon as you get word that they are available. You won't ever know - you may just make it in time to grab yourself a bargain!
