You're looking for your own Minecraft slime farm. We're not going to blame you, once you've broken them down, slime blocks are an excellent resource of slimeballs, which can be used to create all sorts of objects like magma cream and sticky pistons. Don't let their innocent, flat , and flat faces discourage you, slime hasn't been cute since Flubber.

Minecraft slime is a hybrid of mob and block and bounces around in a frenzied manner, waiting to attack opponents. Log-design In reality they search for enemies in 16 blocks and if they fail to find any, they continue to rotate and search for players to attack. In the event that they don't, they attack either snow or iron golems - this is important to know prior to building your own slime farm in Minecraft.

Slime from Minecraft can be found in deep underground or swamps depending on the intensity of the light. They can swim through ladders, climb up ladders, and creepily move and hunt for players even when you're not by. These constant little blocks can drop up to five slimeballs, based on the size of the slime. If you don't want spend time searching for slimes that are evil (we aren't judging you), here's how you can create a Minecraft slime farm that will make you swathe in slimeballs no matter what.

Minecraft slime farm

Finding a slime chunk is the first step. This can be quite an exhausting process. We've included a handy video below of how to do this along with a top-notch Minecraft slime farm layout. Slime chunks are only available below Y level 40, regardless of the light level but they can also be found in swamps that are between Y level 50 and 70 in light levels 7 or less.

The Minecraft slime farm makes use of lit-up layers to trap slimes as they appear. It also makes use of Iron Golems to entice slimes up to 15 blocks away to drop onto the magma floor until it explodes. The slimeballs will then fall to the ground for you to collect on minecarts zipping around underneath, placing collected slimeballs into chests using hoppers.
