His father his elder, Elder T.E Oyakhilome of Benin City was among the pioneers in the Assemblies. His son, pastor Chris, was indeed inspired by his father. A true blessing is growing within a family that believes in the pure Christian gospel of Christ.

It is only imaginable the pride his father must feel when watching his son share the Gospel message of Jesus Christ being our Savior. The work of his father must have undoubtedly had a great impact on young Chris Oyakhilome. He was only nine when he started his first mission.

Pastor Chris honored his mother Angelina when she turned 80 by hosting a party in Benin.

Described as the "quintessential matriarch," she is revered and adored for her fairness and grace. She is a loving grandmother and mother who imparted the divine grace of her son.

Angelina Oyakhilome was married to Tim Oyakhilome. They had two other children. Reverend Ken is the name given to Pastor Chris's brother Ken. Pastor chris Wife Katty Worghiren is Pastor Chris's sister. She is the director of the LoveWorld Music & Arts Ministry. Katty started her career as a dazzling singer with the choir. She is a talented writer and has composed some of the most iconic LoveWorld songs. She also wrote the anthem "I Believe in Nigeria".

Katty composes the Believers LoveWorld Anthem's last, touching paragraph. Katty then adds this message to highlight the importance and love of the Christian family.

Two Outstanding Daughters

Pastor Chris and his wife Anita have two beautiful daughters. While the couple, he and Anita his ex-wife might have decided to break up their relationship, they still love their daughters, Carissa Sharon and Charlene. Both currently reside in London.

The daughter of Pastor Chris Sharon has become a rising gospel superstar. In response to her father's guidance, she wrote the song that won awards Holy Spirit to demonstrate her deep Christian dedication. She is also an inspiration director of the Global Youth Leaders Forum.

Phillip Frimpong 's wedding was among the most stunning of weddings that took place in Africa. She shared her love with Phillip in an emotional Instagram post:

"YES! I am engaged to my dear friend! My most incredible and absolute most beloved person...I am so, so blessed I would be able to say "yes" over and over. I am in love with you ."


The ceremony was as beautiful as it was significant. Charlene, her sister, was her primary bridesmaid. It's impossible to not be touched by the love of Pastor Chris Oyakhilomes.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome’s Nephew Dayman Oyakhilome is as one of Africa's leaders who are rising. He utilizes his skills and gifts to inspire youngsters to believe in the Word. He is an entrepreneur and director of Carel Films Enterprise. His goal is to share the Good News by using modern communication methods. He is accountable for, among other things, the production and distribution of more than 100 Christian music videos.

At 20 years old at the time, he was awarded three times the American Academy of Animations Award. Also, he was the Walt Disney Award winner and a nominee to the Future African Leaders Award FALA. His true genius lies in helping others' talents shine bright.
