Tevfik Arif is an Turkish Kazakhstani businessman. He was born in Soviet Kazakhstan in 1952 to Turkish parents. As the deputy director of the Soviet Ministry of Commerce and Trade and Trade, he was responsible for the Hotel Management Department. After 17 years in the Ministry of Commerce and Trade, Tevfik Arif started real estate, property, imports and exports, natural resources as well as minerals, autos food businesses, as well as other ventures.
