I would first like to say thank you for taking the time to read this and I hope that it will be a step towards redemption on my behalf. I have thought hard about my life and how my actions as a man have an impact on others in my life. I have decided to put my pride to the side and say how truly sorry I am for causing the things I have caused. I take full responsibility for my actions and my disrespectful arrogance towards others in my life. I truly do have a lot of respect for others but I have allowed my ego to override my logical thinking. I have grown tremendously this past year as a person and also a man. Respect is something I yearned for as well as acceptance. I didn’t know how to obtain respect & acceptance the right way and found myself displaying the arrogance I have shown recently. I realize that I cannot change the disrespect I have shown but I do hope that this can be a step towards forgiveness on my behalf. Many people have helped me tremendously this past year and instead of remaining humble I have done the opposite. Deep down this is not who I am or what I represent as an individual. I do hope moving forward I will have the opportunity to show the people that care about my future that I am very grateful for the things that they have helped me with. I also pray that my arrogance and lack of respect towards others in life will show me the mercy I seek. Not being accepted absolutely terrifies me but my ego wouldn’t allow me to show the fear I have inside. I was taught in the Military about maintaining professionalism and once again I am truly sorry for not showing the respect that is deserved. I remember when I was a kid that my family raised me to show respect towards others in the community and my actions recently would not have been tolerated at the least. Please forgive me and I pray in the future I can make amends with the faults I have caused.
