- Profs Gilbert ( G1-G3 ) = Dibuka sendiri saat kurang 5 mnt
- Profs Vio ( G4-G7 ).= Diberi keterangan apabila ada yang terlambat, pengumpulan absen sebelum kelas berakhir paling lambat 10 mnt setelah kelas diberi keterangan Aktif, Semi Aktif, dan Tidak Aktif,
2.) DIV
- Profs Jovianne ( G1-G3 ) = Absen individu di DM dengan format Username - Grade - Major - House
- Profs Arfold ( G4-G7 ) = Absen Melalui via DM dengan format : username - Grade - Major - Asrama (batas absen sampai 7.45)
3.) CoMC
- Profs Carol ( G1-G3 ) = Absen dikumpulkan sebelum kelas, paling lambat 10 menit setelah kelas.
- Profs Jennifer ( G4-G7 ) = Absen dikumpulkan sebelum kelas dimulai.
4.) RUNE
- Profs Kimberly ( G1-G3 ) = Di DM Profs Kim
- Profs Felix ( G4-G7 ) = Absen dibuka oleh profs Felix pada 06:30 - 07:30 format Saya ( Nama -Asrama -Grade /Jurusan ) Siap mengikuti kelas rune. ( EX: Saya Frederick Lee Slytherin 5 th AU Siap mengikuti kelas rune)
5.) TML
- Profs Gabbriela ( G1-G3 ) = Absen dikirim oleh perwakilan asrama setelah kelas selesai ( Selambat- lambatnya 15 menit setelah kelas) , dengan catatan :
Bedakan sesuai jurusan ( AU dan MINS ).
Beri keterangan waktu keterlambatan bagi siswa yang terlambat .
Bedakan menjadi 3 kategori ;
Aktif : Retweet , plotting , dan menjawab pertanyaan.
Semi Aktif : Hilang di tengah-tengah kelas (sekitar pukul 8 .20 pm) atau hanya meretweet selama pelajaran berlangsung.
Tidak Aktif : Hanya mengikuti seperempat pelajaran ( sekitar pukul 8. 00 pm ).
- Profs Rhea ( G4-G7 ) = Absen dikumpulkan paling lambat 10 menit sebelum kelas dimulai dengan format Uname - Jurusan
6.) HoM
- Profs Liam ( G1-G3 ) = Diberi keterangan apabila ada yang terlambat, pengumpulan absen sebelum kelas berakhir paling lambat 10 mnt setelah kelas. Format, Uname - Jurusan.
- Profs Penny ( G4-G7 ) = Absen ke perwakilan asrama. Perwakilan asrama kirim absen ke saya di DM terakhir jam 19.55.
