15g grated cheese to top
Custard:
2 egg yolks
30g caster sugar
12g plain flour
1 tsp corn-flour
140ml milk
Sponge:
60g self-raising flour
60g butter
60g caster sugar
1 egg
1/4tsp baking powder
Tiramisu:
75ml espresso coffee
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
125g creme fraiche
125g custard
Sponge (piped into shape of glass.) Made for two layers.
Chocolate grated on top
2/3 fresh raspberries on top
Mayonnaise:
1 egg
1 tsp vinegar
125ml olive oil
pinch mustard
pinch salt
pinch pepper
1/4 tsp mixed herbs
Salad:
Salad leaves assembled for each portion
Olives
Sun-dried tomatoes(chopped and scattered on top)
