Ghoul adalah makhluk berKKM XX dan masuk dalam kategori beast. Artinya satwa ini tidak berbahaya dan dapat dikendalikan. Tapi, ada versi lain yang mengatakan bahwa Ghoul ada satwa gaib berbahaya yang memakan manusia. Mungkin hal ini terjadi karena Ghoul memiliki jenis yang berbeda. Ghoul adalah jenis raksasa berlendir dan memiliki gigi yang besar. Biasanya Ghoul hidup atau tinggal di loteng dan gudang milik para penyihir. Ciri-ciri Ghoul yaitu memiliki warna kulit coklat gelap. Jenis lain dari Ghoul adalah Chameleon Ghoul. Ghoul dikenal bukan makhluk yang berbahaya namun mereka dikenal berisik karena suara erangan mereka. Mereka juga mempunyai kebiasaan buruk yaitu suka melempar barang-barang. Makanan ghoul yang ini biasanya adalah serangga dan hama rumah tangga seperti tikus. Kementerian Sihir memiliki divisi yang tugasnya menyingkirkan Ghoul yang tidak diinginkan atau mungkin yang menganggu seperti muncul didepan para muggle yaitu Ghoul Task Force.
