In a democracy the final decision- making power must rest with those elected by the people
0 General Pervez Musharraf- Led a military coup in October 1999 { in Pakistan}
0 Designation- Later he changed his designation to president and held a referendum ( Asking the opinion of the general electorate on any national issue) in the country which granted him 5 year extension
0 "Legal Frame work order"- In august 2002 he issued a Legal Frame work order that amended the constitution of Pakistan
0 Legal Frame work order- According to this order the president can dismiss the provincial and national assembly
0 Civilian Cabinet- National Security council [SUPERVISED] - Military officers[DOMINATED]
0 After Passing the law- Elections were held in national and provincial assemblies
0 Decision- The power to take decisions rested with General Pervez Musharraf and Army officials and none of them were elected by people
0 People's rule- This cannot be called people's rule
