Hi Kevin, these are resources and techniques I used for the internet based test. Depending on your format of exam, you can use these resources as you wish. In internet based test, there are 4 sections. I have detailed the tactics I used.
1) Reading Section - For success in this section, I used the following tactic. First, I read through the passage very fast but not very thoroughly. Just get an idea of what is written where. This you must do in 4-5 minutes. Most questions will have answers directly in the passage. Since you already know what is written in which part of the passage, just refer and use the answer.

For reading practice, I used the following links:
-> http://www.examenglish.com/TOEFL/toefl_reading.htm [there are more links on the right side]
-> ETS pdf guide

2) Listening section - For scoring well in Listening section, it is very simple. Making notes is the key to scoring good here, it is okay to take notes in French if you want. Questions will be simple only. You can improve your comprehension by watching some good youtube videos without subtitles. For fun and jolly videos, you can see "nigahiga" youtube videos. His english is a little fast but you'll enjoy it. The exam voice will be slower than nigahiga's voice, so you will do good. I suggest you see his videos for around 1 hour or so everyday. You can see other american news channels, but they will mostly be boring. I'm sure you are seeing several english TV series, so this won't be much problem for you.

For listening practice, I used the following links:

-> ETS pdf guide

3) Speaking section - This is most difficult section. At least for me. But the main criteria for marks is not quality of english. They check how well you are able to present your ideas. I practiced this a lot compared to other sections. I don't know how you'll be tested for speaking section but in internet based test, there are 6 questions. Each question is of different type.
I am giving some links. These are official ETS sample responses. I became depressed after trying to speak like them. I'm sure it will be the same for you. Even in the exam, I stuttered a lot. However, I still scored good. That's why I said, they won't check quality of english, they will see how well your ideas are brought out. You should not jump between two ideas, or speak of an idea with no relevance to topic given to you. For optimal results, In the description section of these videos, there is a sample pattern. Try to use a pattern like that. Here are the links,

6th question: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xmsJJRmVbX8
Also, try to solve questions in ETS pdf guide.

4) Writing - This section may be a little tough for you because you won't be used to qwerty keyboard. I was told you will give it in london. For good results here stop using azerty keyboard for now, practice typing with qwerty keyboard until test day. Do any form of googling in english. Another way to get optimal result is to use templates. I found this resource good, but you can use other resources if you like, https://s3.amazonaws.com/magoosh.resources/TOEFLWritingTemplates.pdf
Another trick to scoring well here is to write around 50-60 words extra than what they asked. For some reason, it seems as though the instructors are pleased with a longer essay.
