Düzenlenmiş metin: Herkese iyi forumlar. Elektrikli bisiklet yapım aşamasındayım. Birçok bölümü tamamladım ancak elektronik bilgim zayıf olduğu için üstesinden gelemediğim kısımlar var. Bisiklete motor olarak fırçasız motora fazla para harcamamak için 3 adet 775 DC motor tercih ettim. Bu 3 motoru dişli çark sistemleriyle birbirine bağlayıp tek bir motor haline dönüştürdüm. Ancak bu motorları nasıl kontrol edeceğim bir türlü çözemedim. İnternette hazır PWM hız kontrol devreleri var ancak bulabildiklerim arasında makul fiyatlı sayılabilecek 2000 watt’a kadar destekleyenler var. Ancak bunlarda 3 kanallı değil tek kanallı. Acaba 3 motoru birden bu devre üzerinde tek çıkış kanalına bağlasam 3 motoru birden sürebilir miyim? Devre 55 V’da maksimum 40 ampere kadar dayanabiliyormuş. Ben 24 v tercih edeceğim. Ancak internette yaptığım araştırmalarda 1 adet 775 motor baskı altında 20 ampere kadar güç tüketiyor. Bu da toplamda 60 amper yapar. Devre bu yüke dayanabilir mi? Veya aklında farklı bir önerisi olan var mı? Ayrıca kontrol kartı üzerindeki potansiyometreyi bir şekilde gidona taşımam gerekiyor hız kontrolünü sağlayabilmem için. Bunun içinde fikir önerilerinize açığım.
