TP Thinkiosk is a dummy PC in Locked mode where we can have remote access in WAHA client (team viewer) in Teleperformance Premises cannot access to anything they are able to connect.
WAHA Client is an application that is been installed in TP thinkios PC=> it has only windows installed on it.
If we installed TP WAHA client on BYOD+>Personal Device, it will destroy their computer.
BYOD when click on WAHA client we need to log in and then require to Log out
Production Image PC=>it represents as Production PC connected to Teleperformance Network in TLP Permeses.
-we support WAHA users, and we need also to install 4sub solutions =>VPN, SBL, Azure VPN, Cisco Meraki
(for Windows we are using EMI credentials)
VPN-user need to login into Windows (Physical Machine) and login into VPN.
SBL-first login into VPN and then into Windows. (90% users are using)
Azure-User in Production but there is no need to login into VPN if the PC is connected to router and they will be connected to Teleperformance VPN eg.Disney
Cisco Mareki is hardware VPN solution connects automatically. and gives option to connect to hardware.
