As the years passed and they finally reached the point at which they couldn't write the content themselves. Ian quit the company in protest. To safeguard the brand, Ian later established Smosh Productions.
Smosh Puzzle was a wise decision considering that Smosh has become one of the most recognizable YouTube comedy companies. The merchandise line has continued to grow, with a full selection of Smosh merchandise available for purchase on the internet.
