Query: || cust called in to, find out why why the flight time was changed. cust doesnt want to travel at 1am in the morning as her daughter has special needs. people that theyre traveling with were able to change time and its was cheaper. they want to change the flight time. 9.40pm. I cannot find any Bodrum airport to any London airport that has a flight time departure of 9.40pm. Cust is concerned that they will not have a transfer back home if they dont get on the same flight as the other group they are going with because it will cost them more. Adviced the cust to book the 20.10 flight but they still said its inconvenient because of the transfer time booked already. Cust was requesting we remove any amenities on the holiday package so that we could refund them so they can make travel plans to get home. Call dropped while i was looking into alternative arrangements that we could make. NO PROMISES MADE to the cust with regards with holiday package
