Notes

My college is Amity University. Certainly every college has it's own merits and demerits. Mostly it would be the facilities that make up in the merits section, however only one thing that undermines these factors is the amount of fee. I feel its quite high compared to other private universities as well. Otherwise, the faculty is awesome , lots of sports activities. Many things to keep you busy.

My degree is Electronics and Communication. Now there are many factors that prove that this degree is quite best for any engineer who wants to explore computer sciences as well as electronics. Any ECE student can migrate into computer sciences as well as electronics because most of the subjects of Computers is taught in Electronics such as Digital Electronics. Also the essential part of Computers is programming that can be developed as a skill set in any person not specifically associated with engineering.Its like a skill that comes with practice and experience.

I would rather call myself a learning professional rather than a professional. I am familiar with C,C++ however the level of expertise in both the languages is yet to be achieved.

Also, I am pursing Red Hat Certified System Adminsitration and Red Hat certified engineer based on Linux platform. Currently I am undergoing training for both these courses and the qualifying exams are yet to be given.

Apart from this I have some knowledge about Machine learning algorithms such as Linear and Polynomial regression, Gradient Descent Algorithm and have implemented both of these on MATLAB. However, i stopped exploring mahchine learning further as it is a very vast field.

I have interned in Alstom, and the major project that I completed was a visit to Tedong and Masli hydro power plant located in Kinnaur. Two of my objectives were completed, one being knowledge on power plants and other being Traveling.

Also I have a research paper co authored with my classmate, on the topic 'Evaluation and analysis of Energy efficeient modified LEACH in WSN'. I successfuly presented this paper in IEEE confrence held in Bhubaneshwar in October this year.
