EKB, binaların enerji tüketimini ve enerji verimliliğini ölçmek ve değerlendirmek amacıyla kullanılan bir belgedir. Enerji Kimlik Belgesi , enerji performansını belirleyerek, enerji tüketimini azaltmak ve enerji verimliliğini artırmak için yapılacak çalışmaları belirlemek için kullanılır.
Enerji kimlik belgesi, binaların enerji tüketimi, ısı yalıtımı, iklimlendirme sistemi, aydınlatma sistemi ve yenilenebilir enerji kullanımı gibi konuları kapsar. Belgede, bina sahibine enerji performansı hakkında bilgi verilir ve enerji tüketimini azaltmak için öneriler sunulur.
Enerji kimlik belgesi, bina sahipleri, kiracılar ve emlak sektörü için önemlidir. Enerji Kimlik Belgesi , belgeyi sunarak enerji verimliliğini artırabilir ve enerji tüketimini azaltarak enerji faturalarını düşürebilirler.
