there's still no available supervisor for now but I got a response from my request saying that since you've been receiving the bill, then it's your responsibility to be aware of it and what you've been paying for. and they also mentioned that during the process of approval in the first time getting the service, you should be aware of because it is also been explained during that approval because we cannot make any changes without your approval.
