#1A Brandy remained safe at the group home the whole time. DSP made sure to keep a tab on his location at all times to make sure he is safe and no type of eloping occurs. As always DSP made sure all doors are locked away.

Brandy's safety was of utmost importance at the group home, and the DSP staff went to great lengths to ensure it. DSP kept a close eye on his whereabouts and ensured all doors were locked to prevent unauthorized departure from the group home. Additionally, the staff regularly communicated with Brandy to understand any safety concerns he may have had.

#3 Brandy independently partook in his own favorite activities such as listening to music, reorganizing his closet & knick-knacks. Brandy seems to really enjoy listening to music and singing out loud.

#4 The DSP staff worked to help Brandy improve his communication skills, encouraging him to speak more and to speak louder. At dinner time, DSP continued to motivate him to engage with other residents and join in on conversations. DSP engaged him in conversations and provided him with the support he needed to use his words effectively. Brandy was able to make progress and become more comfortable communicating with others.

#5C DSP staff prompted Brandy to take a shower after coming back from his day support. DSP staff made sure brandy took a new pair of pants, shirts, underwear before he goes in the shower. DSP staff assisted brandy taking his body wash, and a new washcloth. In addition, DSP made sure brandy changed into new clothes and underwear after drying off with a clean towel. After eating dinner brandy brushed his teeth for at least 2 minutes.

In preparation for his day support trip the following day, the DSP staff reminded Brandy to take a shower. To ensure he had clean clothes, they provided him with a new set of pants, shirts, and underwear before he entered the shower. The staff also assisted Brandy with his body wash and provided him with a fresh washcloth. Following the shower, the staff made certain Brandy changed into clean clothes and underwear and dried himself off with a clean towel. Later, after dinner, Brandy brushed his teeth for at least two minutes, completing his nightly hygiene routine.

Before going to sleep Brandy was reminded by the DSP staff to take a shower, during which he was provided with a new set of clothing to change into. The staff also assisted him in selecting his body wash and provided a fresh washcloth. Following his shower, Brandy dried himself with a clean towel and put on the new clothes and underwear. Later, after dinner, Brandy brushed his teeth thoroughly for at least two minutes.

Brandy was assisted by the DSP staff in getting ready for the next day's day support. Before going to bed, he was reminded to take a shower and provided with new clothes, body wash, and a fresh washcloth. After showering and changing, Brandy brushed his teeth for at least two minutes after dinner.
