City Developments Ltd (CDL) has successfully secured the rights to a pair adjoining plots at 798 and 800 Upper Bukit Timah Road belonging to former Tan Chong Industrial Park at a price of S$126.3 million. This plot of land is 178,900 square foot with a plot ratio of 2.1 can be redeveloped up to 375,690 square foot gross floor area. City Developments Ltd (CDL) plans to develop a 407-home residential building of up to 24-storeys to be launched in the first half of 2023.
